Etude expérimentale de différents paramètres de chambre de séchage sur le processus de séchage

Abstract

"In this thesis, we talked about indirect solar drying, and we studied it and its importance in the world of agriculture.We made a drying room of normal sizes, and installed a variable speed fan in it, and combined the room equipped for drying with a fixed solar collector. We subjected it to measurements such as temperature, change in air speed, solar radiation, wind speed with the outside air temperature,and the extent of its effect on potato drying with the intervention of auxiliary factors in addition to stoneslocally, and we simulated these results in ANSYS and observed changes in temperature, air flow and pressure, which helped us discover the best place to place the sample to be dried inside the drying chamber" "تحدثنا في ھذه الرسالة عن التجفیف الشمسي الغیر مباشر و قمنا بدراسة علیھ وأھمیتھ في عالم الفلاحة . صنعنا غرفة تجفیف ذات مقاییس عادیة و ركبنا فیھا مروحة متغیرة السرعات ودمجنا الغرفة المجھزة للتجفیف مع مجمع شمسي ثابت .أخضعناه لقیاسات مثل درجة الحرارة والتغیر في سرعة الھواء و الاشعاع الشمسي و سرعة الریاح مع حرارة الجو الخارجة ومدى تأثیرھا على تجفیف البطاطس بتدخل عوامل مساعدة بإضافة لحجارة محلیة، وقمنا بمحاكاة ھذه النتائج في ANSYS والحظنا تغیرات الحرارة وتدفق الھواء والضغط الذي ساعدنا في اكتشاف امثل مكان لوضع العینة المراد تجفیفھا داخل غرفة التجفیف"
