Abstract

هذه المذكرة تهدف إلى التعرف على الأسباب الاقتصادية التي أدت إلى عدم انضمام الجزائر إلى تكتل البريكس، حيث تناولت الدراسة الفترة من 1995 وحتى 2022، وركزت على تحليل المؤشرات الاقتصادية الرئيسية للجزائر ودول البريكس، بالإضافة للدول المنظمة حديثا متضمنة مصر والإمارات والسعودية، حيث تسعى مجموعة البريكس إلى تحقيق توازن اقتصادي وسياسي دولي عبر تقليل الهيمنة الغربية وتعزيز التعاون بين أعضائها لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وتقليل الاعتماد على الدولار الأمريكي، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي من خلال استخدام الأدوات الإحصائية، وتوصلت إلى أن الجزائر تتمتع بمؤشرات اقتصادية أفضل من بعض الدول حديثة الانضمام للتكتل، ومن المتوقع تحسنها مستقبلاً بزيادة الناتج المحلي والصادرات والواردات، وتراجع التضخم والبطالة. This memorandum aims to identify the economic reasons that led to Algeria not joining the BRICS bloc. The study covered the period from 1995 to 2022, and focused on analyzing the main economic indicators for Algeria and the BRICS countries, in addition to the newly organized countries, including Egypt, the Emirates, and Saudi Arabia, as the BRICS group seeks to achieve international economic and political balance by reducing Western hegemony and enhancing cooperation among its members to achieve sustainable development It relied on the United States of America, and the study relied on a descriptive and analytical model through the use of statistical tools, and concluded that Algeria has better economic indicators than some of the countries that recently joined the bloc, and it is known that it has permanently improved and local exports and imports have declined and declined.
