قراءة تحليلية مقارنة لأثر الأزمة المالية العالمية و جائحة كرونا على سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري خلال الفترة (2008-2020)

Abstract

يعتبر الاقتصاد الجزائري اقتصاد مفتوح نسبيا يتأثر بمجريات المحيط الاقتصادي الدولي الذي عرف تغيرات هامة خلال (2008-2020) أهمها: الأزمة المالية العالمية 2008 و جائحة كورونا التي بدأت كأزمة صحية و سرعان ما تحولت إلى أزمة اقتصادية ،ويعتبر سعر الصرف من أكثر المتغيرات تأثرا بهذه الأزمات باعتباره عنصرا هاما في تحديد تدفقات التجارة الدولية ،لذلك هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى مقارنة بين تأثيرات كل من الأزمة المالية العالمية و جائحة كورونا على سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري و انعكاس هذا الأخير على الميزان التجاري و القدرة الشرائية للمستهلك ،باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و المقارن و توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - رغم اختلاف الأزمتين إلا أن هناك تأثيرا غير مباشرا على انخفاض سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري من خلال التأثير على متغيرات الميزان التجاري للدولة. The Algerian economy is considered a relativity open economy ,that is affected by the events of the international economic environment, which has important changes during the period (2008-2020) :the global financial crisis 2008 and the Corona pandemic , which started as a health crisis and quickly turned into an economic crisis, and the exchange rate is considered one of the variables most affected by these crises ,as it is an important element in determining international trade flows, therefore this research paper aimed at a comparison between the effects of the global financial crisis 2008 and the Corona pandemic on the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar and the reflection of the latter on the trade balance and the consumer ‘s purchasing power. Using the descriptive, analytical and comparative approach, the study found a set of results ,the most important which are :-Although the two crises are different ,there is an indirect effect on the decline of the exchange rate of Algerian dinar by affecting the components of the variables of the country’s trade balance.
