Abstract

"تعالج هذه المذكرة موضوع آليات حوكمة الشركات ودورها في اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري داخل المؤسسة، وفي محاولة لإثراء الحوار العلمي حول الموضوع قمنا بالتعرض إلى المفاهيم المختلفة والتعاريف المتداولة لحوكمة الشركات وكذا مبادئ وآليات الحوكمة. حيث تم التطرق في الجانب التطبيقي إلى دور هذه الآليات في عملية اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري في شركة النقل الحضري وشبه الحضري-الوادي، وأظهرت الدراسة أن الآليات الداخلية للحوكمة لها تأثير كبير على اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري على عكس الآليات الخارجية التي تؤثر بنسبة ضئيلة جدا وذلك عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05.""This memorandum deals with the issue of corporate governance mechanisms and their role in investment decision-making within the institution.
