| dc.description.abstract | من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول توضيح أهمية الثقة في تحقيق الاندماج المهني في إطار نظرية رأس المال الاجتماعي ، حيث اعيد التركيز على هذا الموضوع بشدة في مجال تطور نظرية رأس المال في علم الاجتماع نتيجة بروز العديد من الأبحاث التي ركزت على أهمية رأس المال الاجتماعي في سوق العمل و التي ساهمت في تغيير العديد من المعتقدات التي كانت تقول بان راس المال البشري( والذي يعتبر التعليم أهم مؤشراته ) هو المحدد الأساسي للحصول على عمل ، ظهرت متغيرات جديدة أثرت في توزيع مناصب العمل ،لخصتها نظرية رأس المال الاجتماعي ولعل من بين أهم المتغيرات هو عامل الثقة ، ومن اجل إظهار أهمية الثقة كعامل من عوامل الاندماج المهني ارتأينا القيام بهذه الدراسة . Abstract: In this article, we will attempt to clarify the importance of trust in the achievement of professional integration within the framework of social capital theory, where the emphasis on this subject has been strongly reaffirmed in the field of the development of capital theory in sociology as a result of the emergence of much research focusing on the importance of social capital in the labor market which has contributed to changing many beliefs that human capital (education which is the most important indicator) is the main determinant of getting a job, New variables have influenced the distribution of jobs, summarized by the theory of social capital and one of the most important variables is perhaps Trust factor and In order to demonstrate the importance of trust as a factor of professional integration, we decided to undertake this study. | en_US |
