مساهمة بورصة الجزائر في دمج المؤسسات الناشئة

Abstract

تعد بورصة الجزائر من أهم الاتجاهات الحديثة التي تعتمدها الدولة الجزائرية من أجل تحقيق اقتصاد معرفي، و نظرا للأهمية القصوى التي يحظى بها قطاع المؤسسات الناشئة. تهدف هذه الدراسة على تسليط الضوء على قطاع المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر باعتبار بورصة الجزائر عنصر فعال في البيئة الاقتصادية. توصلنا من خلال الدراسة أن المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر قادرة على بناء إقتصاد معرفي و كل القوانين و التشريعيات الجديدة تصب نحو المؤسسات الناشئة و دعمها وطنيا و دوليا و اتخاذ بورصة الجزائر كمساهم في تطوير البيئة الاقتصادية للمؤسسات الناشئة. The Algerian Stock Exchange is one of the most important modern trends adopted by the Algerian state in order to achieve a knowledge economy, given the paramount importance of the startups sector. This study aims to shed light on the startups sector in Algeria, considering the Algiers Stock Exchange an effective element in the economic environment. Through the study, we found that the startups in Algeria are able to build a knowledge economy, and all new laws and legislations are directed towards emerging institutions and support them nationally and internationally, and take the Algiers Stock Exchange as a contributor to the development of the economic environment for startups.
