Abstract

يعتبر القطاع الزراعي قطاعا مهما في التنمية الاقتصادية، ويشكل الركيزة الأساسية لباقي القطاعات الاقتصادية، لذا تهتم الحكومات اهتماما كبيراً بتطويره، وقد تمثل هذا الاهتمام في السعي لتوفير التمويل البنكي اللازم لتنميته. لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل صيغ التمويل الإسلامية المختلفة ومدى مساهمة البنوك الإسلامية في تمويل القطاع الزراعي في الدول العربية محل الدراسة ، باعتبار أن هذا القطاع من القطاعات الاساسية لتحسين الأداء الاقتصادي نظرا لما تتمتع به الدول العربية من موارد وامكانات زراعية كبيرة، بحيث اعتمدت الدراسة في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن البنوك الإسلامية توفر العديد من صيغ التمويل المناسبة والفعالة في التمويل الزراعي اهمها المزارعة والمساقاة، كما أن البنوك الإسلامية في السودان ساهمت بشكل كبير في تنمية القطاع الزراعي رغم بعض الصعوبات التي واجهتها، وبقيت التجربة الجزائرية في محاولة لتطبيق هذا النهج في التمويل من اجل النهوض بالقطاع الزراعي. " The agricultural sector is an important field in economic development, and it represents the key pillar for the remaining economic fields Governments have a great interest in it development, and this interest has been represented in seeking to provide the necessary bank financing for its improvement. Therefore, this study aimed to Analyze the various Islamic financing formulas and the extent of Islamic banks' contribution to financing the agricultural sector in the Arab countries under study. Agriculture this sector is one of the main areas for increasing economic performance because of the significant agricultural resources and potential that the Arab countries have, so that the study relied on the analytical descriptive approach. The findings of the study showed that sharecropping and are the two most significant formulae offered bewatring Islamic banks for agricultural financing. Despite some challenges, it made a significant contribution to the growth of agricultural sector in Sudan, and the Algerian example continued to be used as inspiration for how to finance the expansion of the agricultural sector.
