لتمكين الاقتصاديّ للمرأة الفلسطينيّة في مواجهة التمييز الثقافيّ والاجتماعيّ على المستوى القانونيّ

Abstract

تطرقت دراسة التمكين الاقتصاديّ للمرأة الفلسطينيّة في مواجهة التمييز الثقافيّ والاجتماعيّ على المستوى القانونيّ إلى مفهوم التمكين الاقتصاديّ وبيان أهمية عمل المرأة لذاتها ولأسرتها والمجتمع ككل والمشاكل التي واجهتها المرأة المتزوجة العاملة، إضافة إلى حق المرأة والرجل في إجازة الأمومة/ الأبوة مقارنة بالاتفاقيات الدوليّة، كما أشارت الدراسة إلى القصور الذي وقع فيها المُشرّع الفلسطينيّ خاصة في قانون العمل الفلسطينيّ رقم (7) لسنة 2000، تمّ من خلال الدراسة بحث أسباب ضعف التمكين الاقتصاديّ للمرأة من حيث السياسات والتشريعات الوطنية ومقارنتها مع المعايير الدوليّة ذات الشأن خاصة اتفاقيّة القضاء على كافة أشكال التمييز ضدّ المرأة (سيداو). The Study on economic empowerment of the Palestinian woman attempts to shed light on the importance of this initiative and its impacts on the women, their families, and the whole society. The study stresses the rights of both women and men to parentally leave according to the international treaties and standards. This study points out many of the shortcomings of Labor Law No.7 2000 in this regard. The underlying causes of the limited access of women in business services, including but not limited to, the politics of legislations and its inconsistency with international standards, particularly, the Convention of the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women (SEDAW
