دور الصكوك الوقفية في توفير السيولة المصرفية-دراسة حالة البنك الإسلامي الأردني

Abstract

" تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع من المواضيع المهمة لإنجاح وتطور المصارف الإسلامية وشغلها الشاغل للبحث عن البدائل الشرعية، تحت عنوان:""دور الصكوك الوقفية في توفير السيولة المصرفية – دراسة حالة البنك الإسلامي الأردني-""، لتعالج الإشكالية الرئيسية التالية:""إلى أي مدى يمكن للصكوك الوقفية أن تساهم في توفير السيولة المصرفية؟""، وللإجابة عليها قُسِمت الدراسة إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، ففي المبحث الأول تناولت فيه التعريف بمصطلحات الموضوع المتمثلة في حقيقة الصكوك الوقفية ومفهوم السيولة المصرفية، أما المبحث الثاني فقد اشتمل على بيان الأحكام الفقهية والتنظيمية لإصدار وتداول الصكوك الوقفية،وفي المبحث الثالث فقد تم فيه عرض دراسة حالة البنك الإسلامي الأردني، وذكر أهم الآثار الاقتصادية الناتجة عليها، والوصول إلى الآفاق الاقتصادية المستقبلية لإنجاحها وتطويرها. وخلصت إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: إن الالتزام بالضوابط الشرعية لإصدار وتداول الصكوك الوقفية من شأنه المساهمة في إنجاح العمليات المصرفية الإسلامية والنهوض بعجلة الاقتصاد الإسلامي نحوى النمو والتطور. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصكوك الوقفية، السيولة المصرفية، سندات المقارضة. " "This study dealt with one of the most important topics that aim to provide an insight for a successful development of Islamic banks and their preoccupation with the search for alternatives that corresponds with the Islamic laws. Under the title "" The role of endowment sukuk in providing banking liquidity - Case study of Jordan Islamic bank–” the following main problem was addressed; to what extent endowment sukuk can contribute to the provision of bank liquidity. In order to answer the research main question, the study was divided into an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. In the first section, we dealt with the definition of the subject key terms which underlines the reality of endowment instruments and the concept of bank liquidity, Whilst; the second section included the Islamic laws statements related to endowment, in the last section, the state of the Jordanian Islamic bank was presented and mentioned the most important economical effects resulting from as well as the reach for a successful and developed economic on the future run. The study concluded That The commitment to the Islamic laws to issue and trade endowment sukuk would contribute to the success of Islamic banking operations and to the advancement of the Islamic economy towards growth and development.
