Abstract

"في هذا البحث الموسوم ب:""تأثير المقاطعة التجارية على حماية المستهلك"" حاولنا الإجابة على إشكالية وهي: ""ما هو أثر المقاطعة التجارية على حماية المستهلك"" وقد تمت دراسة الموضوع من خلال المخطط التالي: مقدمة: وتشتمل على الإطار المنهجي للدراسة، وتحديد الإشكالية وتساؤلاتها وبيان أهمية وأهداف الموضوع، والوقوف على الدراسات السابقة ثم بيان منهج الدراسة. وتكمن أاهداف الموضوع في مكافحة الغش التجاري والتقليدي العمل على مراقبة أسعار السلع والخدمات في الأسواق والحد من إرتفاعها. وتكمن أهمية الموضوع فيما يحتويه من معاملات وسائر التصرفات المالية وما يترتب عليها من مصالح يسعى العباد لتحصيلها، أو مخالفة يسعون لدرئها. المقاطعة التجارية من أهم المقاصد التي جاءت بها الشريعة الإسلامية الغراء. وفي الأخير نذكر بعض التوصيات من أهمها: یجب العمل على التنسيق بین جهود الفرد، والأسرة، والمجتمع، والدولة والأمة من أجل تحقيق المقاصد المشروعة للمقاطعة الاقتصادية حتى لا یكون العمل عشوائیا أو انفراديا، أو یقتصر على طائفة، أو حزب "In this research We studied entitled the impact of commercial boycott on the consumers protection. that study consist of an introduction two chapters and a conclusion according to the follow plan .
