واقع وتحديات تكنولوجيا البلوك تشين في القطاع المالي والمصرفي (تجربة بعض الدول العربية)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز الإطار النظري لتقنية البلوك تشين عن طريق التعريف بهذه التقنية، خصائصها، وألية عملها بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع وتطبيقات هذه التقنية في القطاع المالي والمصرفي واهم التحديات التي تواجهها. ومن بين اهم النتائج المستخلصة من هذه الدراسة أن تقنية البلوك تشين قامت بتحول جذري في تكنولوجيا معاملات في شتى المجالات الاقتصادية وبالأخص القطاع المالي والمصرفي لدى يجب على الحكومات والمؤسسات تبني هذه التقنية للاستفادة من ميزاتها وهذا بعد العمل على فهمها ومعرفة مخاطرها كونها مازالت حديثة النشأة This study aims to highlight the theoretical framework of the blockchain technology by introducing this technology, its characteristics, and working mechanism, in addition to highlight the reality and applications of this technology in the financial and banking sector, and the most important challenges encounters. One of the most important results of this study is that the Blockchain technology has made a radical transformation in the transactions in various economic fields, especially the financial and banking sectors.
