Abstract

تتحقق التنمية المستدامة بتظافر جهود التطوير والتغيير الفعال والعقلاني وذو التخطيط المحكم والاستراتيجي في مجالات عدة تغطي أبعادها المختلفة، ولعل من أهمهما الأبعاد التكنولوجية أولا لاعتبارها من أهم مؤشرات التطور ومعايره وثانيا لأهميتها في تحقيقه وتوقفه على تواجدها، هذا ما يزيد من قيمة عمليات التطوير والتغيير وعلى رأسها عملية الابتكار التكنولوجي الذي سنعرج إلى التطرق إليه في هذا العمل متوقفين على شرحه كوسيلة تنموية تؤدي في حواصل أهدافها إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وذلك من خلال تفعيله في المؤسسات المجتمعية وخاصة الاقتصادية منها إضافة إلى الحرص على محاولات إنجاحه . Sustainable development is being achieved through the efforts of development and rational change, that must be well-planned and strategically planning in several areas that cover its various dimensions. Perhaps the most important of them are the technological dimensions, firstly because they are considered one of the most important indicators of development and its standardization, and secondly, because of their importance in achieving it and its dependence on its presence. This increases the value of development and change processes, especially The process of technological innovation, which we will refer to in this work, depends on explaining it as a developmental means that leads in its objectives to achieving sustainable development through its activation in societal institutions, especially economic ones, in addition to keenness on attempts to make it successful.
