Abstract

يتناول موضوع المقال التعرض إلى الدور الذي لعبه القناصل الفرنسيين في تونس وطرابلس وبلدان المشرق في القيام بأعمال متنوعة تتمثل أساسا في فرض رقابة على المقاومين الجزائريين الذين لجؤوا إلى هذه البلدان خاصة تونس والمغرب الأقصى وطرابلس. يضاف إلى ذلك القيام بإجراءات تهدف إلى فرض رقابة على المهاجرين الجزائريين في دول الجوار وبالمشرق العربي بما في ذلك رحلة الحج. ملخص المقال بالانجليزية: The article deals with the subject of exposure to the role played by the French consuls in Tunis and Tripoli, and the countries of the Orient, to do a variety of effects, mainly to censor the Algerian resistance fighters who fled to these countries, especially Tunisia and Morocco and the Far Tripoli.
