الآجال الشرعية المتعلقة بالمرأة في الحيض والنفاس والرضاع والعدد ) دراسة فقهية(

Abstract

يتضمن هذا البحث موضوع الآجال الشرعية المتعلقة بالم أ رة في الحيض والنفاس والرضاع والعدد، الذي يعتبر موضوعا هاما بالنسبة للم أ رة المسلمة لما له من أثر جل أبواب العبادات. وقد قسمنا هذا البحث إلى مبحث تمهيدي وأربعة مباحث، بحيث يحتوي كل مبحث على مطلبين وعدة فروع، وقد خصص المبحث التمهيدي بمفهوم الآجال الشرعية وأنواعها وأهميتها في العبادات، ويتضمن المبحث الأول مفهوم الحيض والآجال الشرعية المتعلقة به، بينما يحتوي المبحث الثاني على مفهوم النفاس والآجال الشرعية المتعلقة به، وتطرقنا في المبحث الثالث إلى مفهوم الرضاع والآجال الشرعية المتعلقة به، أما المبحث الأخير تناولنا فيه مفهوم العدد والآجال الشرعية المتعلقة به. Abstract in English Our research is about deadlines legitimate for Muslim women concerning menstruation, puerperal, breastfeeding and kits, since it is so important in the field of worships. Our research includes a primer section and four sections each one has two demands and various branches. We have taken the notion of deadliness legitimacy and its kinds and its importance we worships. Concerning section one, it includes the notion of menstruation and the its deadlines legitimacy, whereas section tow includes the notion of puerperal and its deadlines legitimacy. We have studied in the third section, to the notion of breast feeding and its deadlines legitimacy, Finally, in the lest section we have studied the notion of kits and its deadlines legitimacy.
