In the current study, copper oxide nanoparticles CUONPs were prepared using pomegranate peel extract P.grantum .Lat a concentration 0.25M and at different times(2h/4h/6h/8h),Where it was detected CuONPs by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR ) and infrared diffraction measurements rays-X ( DRX) Where it give results FTIR peak absorption in the limits[400-600cm-1].While that DRX showed that the copper oxide nanoparticles have a monoclinic crystalline shape.Where we found that the sample B has the best regular crystalline structure and its granular size is estimated at 21.81 NM and the largest yield compared to other samples, and the results of the biological activity provided medium activity towards the two strains E.coli and P.aerogenosa. From the results obtained, we conclude that the sample B, It was the best compared to other samples, so we see the appropriate time for synthesis is at 4hours.en_US
