Abstract

"هذا البحث موسومٌ بـ: ""أحكام عمل المرأة في الفقه الإسلامي وآثاره على الحياة الأسرية""، كان الإشكال الرئيس الذي سعى إلى الإجابة عنه: ما هي الأحكام الشرعية والآثار المترتبة على عمل المرأة؟ أجاب البحث عن ذلك من خلال مبحثين: خصص أولهما لبيان أحكام أهم المسائل المُتعلِّقة بعمل المرأة خارج البيت ودوافعه وضوابطه ومجالاته المباحة، أما ثانيهما فكان للحديث عن آثار عمل المرأة خارج البيت على الحياة الأسرية ورد الشُّبهات الواردة عليه وحلول تنظيمية وترشيدية له. وقد توصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: عند عرض موضوع عمل المرأة ينبغي أن نوازن بين المصالح والمفاسد الحقيقية لا الموهومة؛ فننظر في جانب الزوج كما ننظر في جانب الزوجة، كما ينبغي على الزوجين أن يجعلا علاقتهما قائمة على التواد والتراحم والتعاون، وألا يكون التعامل بينهما تعاملا ماديًّا محضًا "" This research is entitled: “Provisions of women’s work in Islamic jurisprudence and its effects on family life” based on this statment of the problem: What are the legal rulings and the implications for women’s work? The research answeres this by two sections: the first was devoted to explain the most important provisions of women’s work outside home, its issues, motives, controls, and permissible limits.while the second talks about the effects of women working outside home on family life and responding to suspicions with messages and organizational solutions. The most important results were: When presenting the issue of women’s work, we should distinguish between the true benefits and harm and the illusionary once, so we look at the husband’s at and the wife’s side.Moreover, the spouses should make their relationship based on love, compassion and cooperation.Additionaly the interaction between them should not be a purely material one "
