Abstract

This research paper aims to study the role of information and technology, in the development of competencies in order to improve the job performance of the Chiali Pipeline in Sidi Bel Abbes. We have adopted the analytical descriptive approach to study the sample represented by 155 subjects. The a survey was used as a tool for the study and it was analyzed statistically through the SPPS IBM version 23 program. Among the findings was to show the role that information and technology plays in developing competencies and how the latter can contribute to improve the performance of the employees and therefore to achieve its objectives.
