استخدام التنبؤ و نماذج بحوث العمليات لزيادة فعالية وكفاءة التخطيط والرقابة بالمؤسسة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان وتحليل كيفية إدماج ومساهمة التنبؤ ونماذج بحوث العمليات في عمليتي التخطيط و الرقابة بالمؤسسة، على اعتبار أن كل من التخطيط والرقابة عمليتين متكاملتين و متلازمتين، فهما بمثابة الأساس القوي والمتين للعملية التسييرية بالمؤسسة، وكذلك يمثلان الأرضية الخصبة لتطبيق الطرق الكمية في العملية التسييرية. من خلال الوقوف على هذه النقاط وغيرها، تم توضيح العلاقة بين وظيفتي التخطيط والرقابة بالمؤسسة، وخطوات بناء نموذج التنبؤ وأسس النمذجة في بحوث العمليات ومبادئها، كما تم توضيح الصلة بين التنبؤ ونماذج بحوث العمليات كعلاقة مدعمة للعملية التسييرية، و بغية الوصول إلى نتيجة عملية فقد تم القيام بمحاولة وضع نظام خاص للتخطيط والرقابة يستند على تطبيق الطرق الكمية لزيادة فعالية وكفاءة التخطيط والرقابة بالمؤسسة. The study aims to demonstrate and analyze how forecasting and operations research models can be integrated and contributed to the processes of planning and control within an organization, as they represent a fertile ground for applying quantitative methods in the management process. By addressing these and other points, the connection between forecasting and operations research models has been clarified as a supporting relationship for the managerial process. In pursuit of a practical outcome, an attempt has been made to develop a specialized planning and control system based on the application of quantitative methods to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of planning and control within the organization.
