Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع وآفاق نظام المعلومات المحاسبية الإلكترونية في تعزيز الخصائص النوعية للمعلومات المحاسبية في القرض الشعبي الجزائري، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتجريبي، وقمنا بتشخيص نظام معلومات البنك باستعمال أداة المقابلة بالإضافة إلى تحليل 30 استبانة موزعة على مستخدمي القرض الشعبي الجزائري وكالة الوادي. دلت النتائج على أن نظام المعلومات المحاسبية الإلكترونية الحالي يساعد على تطوير المعالجة المحاسبية بما يجعل مخرجاته تتصف أكثر قابلية للفهم وملائمة لمتخذي القرارات، وموثوقة وقابلة للمقارنة، كما بينت النتائج أيضا وجود أهمية كبيرة للعنصر البشري في إدارة و تسيير هذا النظام باعتباره هو من يقوم بإدخال المعطيات (المدخلات) لتتحول إلى مخرجات بعد المعالجة. كما يجب العمل على التطوير الدائم لعناصر النظام و توفير حماية كافية من التهديدات الداخلية و الخارجية مواكبة للتطور التكنولوجي السريع. الكلمات المفتاحية :نظام معلومات محاسبية إلكترونية، العنصر البشري، مخرجات، مدخلات، تطور تكنولوجي "" The objective of this study was to identify the reality and prospects of the electronic accounting information system in enhancing the qualitative characteristics of the accounting information in the CPA using the descriptive and experimental approach. We analyzed the Bank's information system using the interview tool as well as analyzing 30 questionnaires distributed among users of the CPA.

The results showed that the current electronic accounting information system helps to develop the accounting process to make its outputs more comprehensible and relevant to decision makers, reliable and comparable. The results also showed great importance for the human element in managing and managing this system as the one who enters the data (Input) to become output after processing. It is necessary to work on the permanent development of the elements of the system and provide adequate protection from internal and external threats in keeping with the rapid technological development.
