القواعد الفقهية وأثرها على نوازل البنيان

Abstract

"بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وبعد نضع بين ايديكم هدا البحث المتواضع والدي تهدف دراسته لتسليط الضوء على أثر القواعد الفقهية على نوازل البنيان فبدأت البحث بقدمة احتوت على بيان أهمية الموضوع وأهدافه وطرح إشكالية للموضوع كما تطرقت الى مفهوم القواعد الفقهية والنوازل من الجانب اللغوي والفقهي والى مفهوم البنيان وما يتعلق به من احكام فقهية ثم تطرقت الى بيان أثر القواعد الفقهية وبعض تطبيقاتها على نوازل البنيان ثم ختمت البحث بنتائج وتوصيات "In the name of God, praise be to God, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God, after that we put in your hands this humble research, whose study aims to shed light on the impact of jurisprudence rules on the chaotic architecture. The research began with an introduction that contained the importance of the subject and its objectives and a problematic for the subject. It also touched upon the concept of jurisprudential rules and chaotic from the linguistic and jurisprudential side, and to the concept of architecture and related juris. Then it touched upon the statement of the impact of jurisprudential rules and some of their applications on the chaotic architecture, then concluded the research with a conclusion and recommendations.
