Abstract

إستحوذتحوكمة الشركات في الآونة الأخيرة، على إهتمام عديد الباحثين والخبراء وكثير منالهيئات والمنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة، ولعل أبرز أسباب هذا الإهتمام هو الأزمات العالمية التي ضربت العديد من الدول، وما أفرزته التحقيقات، من وجود تلاعبات كبيرة، وسوء تسيير في كثير من المؤسسات، سواء في الدول المتقدمة أو النامية على حد سواء. وتهدف هذه الدراسة عموما، إلى دراسة موضوع الحوكمة وعن دورها أو إنعكاسها على الأداء المالي في المؤسسات الإقتصادية في الجزائر، من خلال إتباعنا لمنهج وصفي إستقرائي في الفصل الأول معتمدين في ذلك على عديد المراجع المختلفة، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تمإتباعالمنهجالوصفيالتحليلي،فيدراستنالتحليلالبياناتالمحصلعليهامنالاستبيانالموجهإلىموظفي مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز(سونلغاز) بالوادي، وخلصت الدراسة من خلال كلا الفصلين إلى وجود إنعكاس إيجابي للحوكمة على الأداء المالي في المؤسسسة محل الدراسة In recent years, corporate governance has attracted the attention of many researchers and experts and many relevant international bodies and organizations. Perhaps the most prominent reason for this concern is the global crises that hit many countries, and the results of the investigations of large manipulations, and mismanagement in many institutions, Both in developed and developing countries.This study aims at studying the subject of governance and its role or its reflection on the financial performance of the economic institutions in Algeria through following a descriptive descriptive approach in the first chapter, based on the various references. The applied side was followed by analytical descriptive approach. Our study of the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire addressed to the staff of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Directorate (Sonlgaz) in Wadi. The study concluded in both chapters that there is a positive reflection of governance on the financial performance of the institution in question
