| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو توضيح مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية وأهم ممارساتها، وتوضيح مفهوم الاستدامة المؤسسية والفرق بينها وبين التنمية المستدامة والعلاقة بينهما، بالإضافة إلى إبراز العلاقة بين تبني ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية وتحقيق الاستدامة في مؤسسة Lafarge Holcim الفرنسية كنموذج، ومن أجل توفير بيانات الدراسة والإجابة عن إشكاليتها وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منها، تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن كل من مفهومي المسؤولية الاجتماعية واستدامة المؤسسة هي مجموعة من العناصر التي تهدف إلى التوفيق بين الجوانب الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و البيئية؛ أما الفرق الجوهري بين المفهومين أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية عبارة عن سلوكات وقرارات؛ أما الاستدامة أو التنمية المستدامة فهي عبارة عن النتائج المحققة في إنجاح تحولات المجتمعات في الحاضر والمستقبل، كما تبين أن مؤسسة Lafarge Holcim تسعى إلى تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة من خلال أدائها لمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية. The aim of this study is to clarify the concept of social responsibility, and concept of institutional sustainability, and the difference and the relationship between them, In addition to clarifying the relationship between adopting the social responsibility and achieving sustainability in Lafarge Holcim as a model, Where the analytical descriptive approach was followed. the results were Both the concepts of social responsibility and the sustainability of the institution are elements that aim to reconcile the economic, social and environmental aspects; As for the fundamental difference between the two concepts that social responsibility is behavior and decisions; and sustainability is the results achieved in the success of the transformations of societies; Lafarge Holcim has been found to strive to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals by fulfilling its social responsibility. | en_US |
