"أثر متغيرات المربع السحري لكالدور على الإنفاق العام : دراسة حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة من 1990-2017

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لقياس أثر متغيرات المربع السحري لكالدور على الإنفاق العام في الإقتصاد الجزائري خلال فترة الدراسة 1990-2017، ثم تقدير الأثر بتطبيق أسلوب الإنحدار الخطي و بالإعتماد على طريقة المربعات الصغرى، وكذلك وفق إختبار سببية جرانجر توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية :  توجد علاقة عكسية بين التضخم، البطالة، ميزان المدفوعات نحو الإنفاق العام.  توجد علاقة طردية ضعيفة جدا بين النمو والإنفاق العام.  لا توجد علاقة سببية بين التضخم، البطالة، النمو الإقتصادي مع الإنفاق العام.  توجد علاقة سببية بين ميزان المدفوعات والإنفاق العام وهذا لزيادة الواردات نتيجة زيادة الطلب الكلي للإقتصاد في ظل عدم مرونة الجهاز الإنتاجي This study sought to analyze the reality of magic box variables lkaldor and public spending in Algeria as well as the standard modeling of reflection indices magic box lkaldor on spending during the period 1990-2016, this endeavour has been outsourcing methodology (simple linear regression based on The least-squares method,-Granger causality – partial correlations matrix). The study concluded:  There is an inverse relationship between inflation, unemployment, balance of payments towards public spending.  There is very weak correlation between growth and public spending  no causal relationship between inflation, unemployment, economic growth with public spending.  there exists a causal relationship between balance of payments and public spending to increase imports as a result of increased overall demand for economy in the absence of flexible production machine
