Abstract

The AND is considered as one the most important discoveries of the scientist nowadays. God has given each person a specific characteristic that differentiates one from another. So, in the developed countries ,it is applied to prove the fact in criminal matters but some Muslims scholars prohibit the use of this analysis to prove the parents of someone, because some parents refuse the reality. This study explains the DNA analysis and its effects on adultery. It contain three researches. The first, we talk about the reality of the DAN. The scecondone is about the religious way to refuse the origin of someone. The third one which is our topic is about the arguments that the DNA has given to refuse someone origin. SO, we can not focus on this analysis in illegal relationships, because it is the only way to refuse the reality.
