مُحَاكَاةُ اللُّغَةِ العَرَبِيَّةِ وَتَمْثِيلُهَا فِي ظِلِّ آلِيَّاتِ التَّرْجَمَةِ وَمُعْطَيَاتِ الحَوْسَبَةِ

Abstract

الملخص: يهدف البحث إلى معالجة محورين هامين من محاور عولمة اللغة العربية هما الترجمة والحوسبة، باعتبارهما مرتبطين بمحاكاة اللغة العربية ثم تمثيلها بلغة موازية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف بيّنا في المحور الأول ميادين الترجمة وخصوصياتها من العربية وإليها، وأساليب محاكاة اللغة العربية في ظل آليات الترجمة وتمثيلها في اللغة الهدف، ثم تحديات اقتران الترجمة باللغة العربية وسبل تجاوزها، وفي المحور الثاني وضّحنا ميدان التناول الحاسوبي للغة، وكيفية محاكاة مستويات اللغة العربية وتمثيلها في ظل معطيات الحاسوب، والمجالات التطبيقية لهذه المعالجة الحاسوبية، ثم عوائق اقتران الحوسبة باللغة العربية وطرق تجاوزها. توصلنا في الأخير لجملة من النتائج والاقتراحات أبرزها ضرورة إشراف أصحاب القرار السياسي لدعم تضافر جهود العلماء العرب من اللسانيين والمترجمين والحاسوبيين لتجاوز سلبيات الترجمة والحوسبة على اللغة العربية، والأخذ بأسباب النجاح الموصى بها من أجل عالمية اللغة العربية ورقي أمتها. الكلمات المفاتيح: محاكاة؛ تمثيل؛ اللغة العربية؛ آليات الترجمة؛ معطيات الحوسبة. Summary: The research aims to address two important axes of the globalization of Arabic language; which are: translation and computing, as they are related to simulating Arabic language, then representing it in a parallel language. To achieve this objective, we have explained in the first axis the fields of translation and their peculiarities from and to Arabic, and methods of simulating Arabic language in light of translation mechanisms and their representation In the target language, then the challenges of associating translation with Arabic language and ways to overcome it. In the second axis we have clarified the field of computer language handling, and how to simulate the levels of Arabic language and its representation in light of computer data, and the applied fields of this treatment Computing, then the barriers of associating computing with Arabic language and ways to overcome it. Finally, we have reached a set of results and suggestions, most notably the necessity of supervising political decision-makers to support the concerted efforts of Arab scientists from: linguists, translators, and Computer engineers to overcome the negatives of translation and computerization on Arabic language, and to take the recommended reasons for success for the sake of the universality of Arabic language and the advancement of its nation.
