الصناعة الحديثية عند ابن رسلان في شرحه لسنن أبي داود

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة الصناعة الحديثية عند ابن رسلان في شرحه لسنن أبي داود، حيث اهتم هذا البحث بتوضيح منهجه في التعامل مع قضايا ومسائل علوم الحديث المختلفة التي تطرق لها في هذا الكتاب، وتهدف للوصول إلى الصناعة الحديثية عنده من خلال عنايته بالأسانيد والمتون ومميزاتها، وقدّمت فيها لحياة ابن رسلان بجوانبها: الشخصية والعلمية، كما عرّفت بشرحه لسنن أبي داود، ثم انتقلت إلى الصناعة الحديثية عنده، حيث بينت اهتمامه بالأسانيد والمتون. توصلت في هذه الدراسة إلى أن ابن رسلان أولى عناية كبيرة بالصناعة الحديثية في شرحه من خلال عنايته بالأسانييد والمتون، بتخريج الأحاديث وبيان درجتها والترجمة لرواتها، والاهتمام بالجرح والتعديل ودفع التعارض بين الروايات المختلفة وفقه الحديث. وخُتم البحث بتوصيات الباحث، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في مبحثين تحت كل مبحث مطالب.
