Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية الى محاولة إبراز دور التمويل التشاركي كأحد البدائل الحديثة لتحقيق البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة، وذلك عن طريق مختلف مؤسساته المالية والتطوعية والتضامنية من خلال قدرتها على جذب الموارد المالية وتوجيهها نحو الاستثمارات المسؤولة اجتماعيا على ضوء بعض التجارب الدولية في تكوين الصناديق الوقفية وابراز قدرتها على تقديم الخدمات الاجتماعية من خلال التخفيف من حدة الفقر وتقديم التبرعات ودعم المؤسسات التعلیمیة والثقافیة الریاضیة والخیریة والمساهمة في برامج التعلیم والتدریب الاجتماعي وتدریب الطلبة ومشاریع التوعیة الاجتماعیة، كما تساهم بفاعلية في برامج دعم خطط الطوارئ لمعالجة المشاكل الاجتماعية الناجمة عن انتشار الكوارث والأوبئة. We aim through this research paper to attempt to highlight the role of participatory financing as one of the modern alternatives to achieve the social dimension of sustainable development, through its various financial, voluntary and solidarity institutions through its ability to attract financial resources and direct them towards socially responsible investments in the light of some international experiences in the formation of endowment funds And to highlight its ability to provide social services by alleviating poverty, making donations, supporting educational, cultural, sports and charitable institutions, contributing to education and social training programs, training students and social awareness projects, and actively participating in programs to support emergency plans to address social problems caused by the spread of disasters and epidemics
