أحكام العمليات التجميلية للمشوهين خَلقيا في الفقه الإسلامي

Abstract

جاءت ىذه الدراسة الدوسومة ب: "أحكام العمليات التجميلية للمشوّهين خَلقيا في الفقه الإسلامي",فتمّ بدايةً عرض تاريخ الجراحة التجميلية عبر مختلف الحضارات,ثم كان الانتقال إلى التعريف بمصطلحات البحث والألفاظ ذات الصّلة بو, وقامت الدراسة بتقصّي ثلاث مسائل ىي: زراعة شعر الرأس والوجو, ومعالجة الثدي بالتكبير والتصغير والرّفع, وكذلك تجميل الشفة الأرنبية, وفي الأخير خلُصت الدراسة إلى أن التجميل ىو تحسين الشكل والقوام الخارجي للجسم, وأنّ لذا نوعين: ضرورية لحاجة الإنسان لإجرائها بسبب تشوّه وعيب في الخِلقة,واختيارية بناءً على رغبة الإنسان في الظهور وزيادة الحُسن.وذكرت الدراسة ضوابط شرعيّة يجب على الدريض والطبيب التقيّد بها. Abstract The study, entitled "The provisions of cosmetic operations of disfigured in Islamic jurisprudence" began the presentation of the history of plastic surgery across civilizations, and then the transition to the definition of research terms and related terms, and the study investigated three issues: hair transplantation of head and face, The study concludes that beauty is the improvement of the shape and body strength of the body, and that it has two types: necessary for the human need to make it because of deformation and defect in creation, and optional based on the desire of man to appear and increase the good. The study stated that the patient and the doctor must abide by these rules
