إعادة التدوير كأحد إتجاهات الإقتصاد الأخضر

Abstract

فيما يواجه كوكبنا محدودية الموارد في ظل ازدياد عدد السكان بنسب تفوق ما تخزنه الطبيعة من ثروات, حيث المتوقع بأن يصل عدد سكان الأرض إلى عشرة مليارات نسمة عام 2050 وبذلك تزايد النفايات نتيجة لذلك مما زاد القلق حول هذا الموضوع و تزايد الاهتمام بالقضايا البيئية حيث جعل الدول تعيد النظر في سياستها من خلال تبني أساليب مستحدثة وآمنة منها إعادة التدوير كأحد اتجاهات الاقتصاد الأخضر, حيث يهدف هذا البحث إلى عرض التجارب الدولية في هذا المجال مع الإشارة إلى تجربة الجزائر. وقد بينت النتائج أن التجربة الجزائرية لا تزال فتية مقارنة مع التجارب الرائدة وتستدعي الكثير من الجهد من قبل الحكومة والمؤسسات على حد سواء.While our planet faces limited resources in the light of the increasing number of population, comparing to what the nature actually stores. It is expected that the population of the world would reach ten billions by 2050, thus increasing the wastes which rised the concern about this topic. The increasing spotlight on the environmental issues led the countries to reconsider their policies through adopting new safe ways; one of which is recycling as one of the directions of the green economy. The thesis attempts to show the national experiments in this field with highlighting the Algerian one. The results have shown that the Algerian experiment is still growing in comparison with the pioneer experiments and it takes a lot of efforts by the government and institutions as well.
