ن القضاء على جريمة بحجم تبييض الأموال على مستوى دول المغرب العربي أو على الأقل التخفيف والتقليل منها ومن آثارها الهدامة على مختلف الأصعدة والنواحي يتطلب ضرورة انخراط الدول المغاربية في سياسة وقائية وردعية فعالة وناجعة على حد سواء، قصد تذليل العقبات التي تحول دون ذلك، أساسها تنسيق مغاربي على المستوى التشريعي وعلى مستوى تطوير وتحديث أنظمة ووسائل الوقاية والمكافحة التي أصبحت مطالبة اليوم أكثر من أي وقت مضى بالاستفادة من الثورة الرقمية والتكنولوجية وتسخيرها في جهود التصدي والمكافحة.
