Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع مشاتل المؤسسات ودورها في مرافقة وترقية المؤسسات الناشئة في ظل الأوضاع الاقتصادية الراهنة التي تشهدها الجزائر، من خلال قيامنا بدراسة ميدانية في مشتلة المؤسسات لولاية عنابة كعينة للدراسة، واعتمدنا في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتفسير وتحليل المعلومات المجمعة، وقد خلصت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الناشئة المحتضنة في ولاية عنابة مازال عددها غير كاف ومحدود نظرا لطبيعة الاقتصاد الجزائري الذي يعتمد بشكل كبير على المشاريع العمومية الكبرى، الشيء الذي لم يسمح لمشتلة عنابة أن تبرز وتؤدي دورها بالشكل المطلوب، بالإضافة إلى عوامل أخرى تحد من نجاعتها وفعاليتها.

This study aims at standing on the reality of business incubators and their role in accompanying and upgrading the start-up under the actual economic circumstances that the Algerian country recognized. This study focuses on business incubator of Annaba state as a model by depending on the descriptiveanalytical approach for interpreting and analyzing the collected data. This study concluded that the incubated startups in the state of Annaba still exist in a small and limited number according to the nature of the Algerian economy that depends hugely on the big public projects; a fact that didn't allow the business incubator of Annaba to emerge and conduct its role in the local development in the desired form. In addition, to other factors that limit its efficacy and effectiveness.
