ال تجار بالأعضاء البشرية في الفقه الإسلامي

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الأحكام المتعلقة بظاهرة الاتجار الأعضاء البشرية وقد لأعضاء البشرية لغة واصطلاحا أما عن 􀊪 اشتمل على المبحث الأول على ماهية الاتجار المبحث الثاني فقد عرضنا فيه بيان حكم الشريعة الإسلامية وموقفها من هذه الظاهرة أما لأعضاء 􀊪 المبحث الثالث والأخير فقد درسنا فيه بعض السلبيات الناجمة عن ظاهرة الاتجار ر الناتجة عنها وأما الخاتمة فقد احتوت على أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها. 􀊬 البشرية والآ RESEARCH SUMMARY The aim of this research to identify the provisions relating to the phenomenon of trafficking in human organs and included tells us that the first on what trafficking in human organs, the language of IDIOMATIC either tells us that we have offered a statement by the Islamic Sharia law and its attitude of this phenomenon either tells us that the third and last day we examined some of the negatives resulting from the phenomenon of trafficking in human organs and revenge by the conclusion contained the most important findings.
