| dc.description.abstract | فرض الاقتصاد اللامادي خصائصا وظروفا جديدة، ألزمت المؤسسات الاقتصادية البحث عن مختلف السبل التي تمكنها من التكيف معها من أجل التجديد المستمر واللحاق بالتطورات كالارتقاء إلى مستوى المؤسسة المتعلمة والافتراضية والذكية، وكلها تعتمد على الموارد اللامادية بالدرجة الأولى من معارف وإبداع وابتكار، وامتلاك خبرات ومهارات عالية وعقول متميزة، ومن أجل التكيف مع هذا الوسط نجد أن الاهتمام بتفعيل المورد البشري أصبح يفرض نفسه أكثر فأكثر وباتت هذه الحقيقة أمرا حتميا لا جدال فيه نتيجة إدراك الدور الذي يؤديه في تحقيق تميز المؤسسة الاقتصادية The immaterial economy impose new conditions and characteristics committed economics enterprises to search for different ways to enable them to adapt a renewal constant and to catch up the developments such as the supremacy of t the level of the virtual, smart and learning organization that all depend on the immaterial resources primarily those related to knowledge, creativity and innovation, also to create a possess of experience and high skills as well as distinct minds in order to be appropriated. In this field, we find that the interest in activating the human resource became imposing itself more and more, and this fact has become inevitable indisputable result of the role’s realization in playing an excellent achieving in economic enterprise | en_US |
