Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة إلى الإجابة عن التساؤلات المطروحة بشأن النصوص الحديثية التي يستند إليها في بيان حكم زراعة الأعضاء، وأوجه الدلالة منها. وهذا من خلال تتبع تلك النصوص في مختلف البحوث والدراسات التي عالجت هذا الموضوع، وفق منهجية تقتضي تحديد نص الحديـث وضبطه ثم بيان من أخرجه من أصحاب كتب الحديـث، والتطرق بعدها لدلالة الحديث على الحكم.
