دور مستشار التوجيه في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي من وجهة نظر تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي (دراسة ميدانية بمتقنة بلدية قمار )

Abstract

يعد مستشار التوجيه أحد أهم العناصر الفاعلة في النظام التربوي التعليمي وذلك من خلال مختلف المهام والمسؤوليات التي تقع على عاتقه والتي نجد من بينها مواجهة مختلف الآفات والمظاهر السلبية السائدة داخل الوسط المدرسي. وجاءت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن مدى مساهمة مستشار التوجيه في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي من وجهة نظر تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي. وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة قدرت ب(50) تلميذ وتلميذة بمتقنة عبد القادر الياجوري بقمار مستعينين فيها المنهج الوصفي ومعتمدين على استبيان تم تبنيه من أحد الدراسات لنتوصل في الأخير إلى نتيجة مفادها أن مستشار التوجيه لا يساهم في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي بدرجة كبيرة وإنما يساهم بدرجة متوسطة.

ملخص الدراسة باللغة الانجليزية: The guidance counselor is one of the most important factors in the educational and pedagogical system. And that throught the different take and responsibilities which depend on him. One of these later ,is confronting to the various pests and negative manifestation during the school setting. This study revealed the guidance counselor contribution in stopping as well as facing the school violence phenomenon from the point of view of secondary school learners. This study was conducted on a sample estimated at 50 male and female learners at Abdelkader El Yadjouri secondary school _Guemar_ we have adopted the dexriptive approach and relying on a questionnaire which adopted from one of the studies. Finally we have reached the result that the guidance counselor don't stop school violence phenomenon with high degree but with medium degree or level.
