Abstract

I dealt with in my subject of great important issue in islamic law, its tittle is: hardshit base brings facilitation and its applications in pilgrim's modern issues. The stady contains an introdution, an introductory chapter, first and second chapters, and a conclusion.  Introduction: it contains the importance of the subject its issues,method and other elements.  Introductory chapter: it deals the jurisprudence's rules in general, in term of definition, and their relationshit with the other similar sciences in the first part, but with the second part it deals its importance and its divisions.  Chapter one: it devoted for the heart matter of the study, it is hardship base brings facilitation, this chapter included two sections, the first section deals the meaning of this base, its evidences rules of jurisprudence branches, and its roots, the second section has hardship kinds which mean alleviation, also the facilitation kinds with causes.  Chapter two: it specializes for pilgrim's modern issues and applications of hardship base brings facilitation thens, it has been studied through two section, the first section for definition of pilgrim's modern issues and guidence of the prophet mohamed Peace be upon him in easing it, the second section for application base on the cataclysms of pilgrim.
