Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الهجرة الداخلية للسكان من خلال الإطلاع على أهم الدوافع الحقيقة لعملية تنقل الأفراد من مدينة إلى أخري, والنتائج المترتبة لهذه الهجرة الأمر الذي خلق نمو سكاني ذات وتيرة عالية نظرا للمميزات التي توفرها المدن المستقطبة لهذه الهجرات من مميزات اجتماعية واقتصادية عالية, بالإضافة إلى التحولات العديدة التي طرأت على المهن وعلى أنظمة العمل وقطاع الخدمات المتضخم، فالإنتاج الزراعي أصبح عاجزا عن توفير فرص العمل ومستويات المعيشة مقبولة للسكان، لذلك يلجأ الأفراد إلى القيام بالهجرة الداخلية من أجل توفر جميع هذه المتطلبات المعيشية كون الهجرة الداخلية من أبرز المؤشرات المساعدة علي النمو السكاني بأي منطقة حضارية.Abstract: This study aimed to identify the reality of internal migration of the population by looking at the most important real motives for the process of moving individuals from one city to another, and the consequences of these migrations, which created population growth with a high rate due to the advantages offered by the cities polarizing these migrations of high social and economic advantages In addition to the many transformations that have taken place in professions, work systems, and the bloated service sector, agricultural production has become unable to provide job opportunities and acceptable living standards for the population.
