Abstract
للبحث العلمي أهمية كبرى في كافة المجتمعات الإنسانية على حد السواء، فلا يمكن أن تتقدم وتتطور وتحل أزماتها إلا من خلال إجراء العديد من البحوث العلمية، ولكن في حقيقة الأمر لا يزال البحث العلمي في عالمنا العربي دون المستوى الذي تتمناه الشعوب العربية لتتمكن من الانتقال من العالم الثالث إلى واقع العالم المتقدم بما يحمله من تطورات واختراعات، رغم ما تمتلكه من إمكانيات هائلة أنعمها الله عليها. وتأتي هذه الدراسة لعرض صورة عن طبيعة الصعوبات الحقيقية والمتشعبة التي تواجه مسار البحث العلمي في العالم العربي، أي توضيح أسباب تأخرنا العلمي والذي يحول دون إتقان العلم ومن ثمة تخليص الذهن العربي من حالة التخلف والتقوقع في أفكار خاطئة، وتدعيمها بمجموعة من الدراسات السابقة في هذا المجال، وفي الأخير محاولة وضع استراتيجيات علمية لمستقبل البحث العلمي في العالم العربي من أجل تطويره والرقي به واللحاق بالتطورات التي وصلت إليها دول العالم المتقدم في مجال البحث العلمي.Scientific research has great importance in human societies; it can’t advance, develop and
solve its crises, except through the conduct of many scientific researches. But in fact, scientific
research in our Arab world is still below the level desired by the Arab peoples; In order to move
from the third world to the reality of the developed world with its developments and inventions,
despite the enormous potential that God has given them.
This study presents a picture of the nature of the real and complex difficulties, which face
the path of scientific research in the Arab world. So explaining the causes of our scientific delay
which prevents the mastery of science. Thus, rid the Arab mind of the state of backwardness and
concealment in the wrong ideas, and support it by a series of previous studies in this area, and in
the final, attempt to develop scientific strategies for the future of scientific research in the Arab
world; In order to develop and advance it and catch up with the developments reached by the
developed world countries in the field of scientific research.
