إمكانات القطاع الفلاحي الجزائري ومكانته في الاقتصاد الوطني

Abstract

يحتل القطاع الفلاحي في الكثير من الاقتصاديات لدول العالم أهمية بالغة وذلك من خلال مدى مساهمته فيما يتعلق بخلق الثروة من خلال تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي ومن ثم الأمن الغذائي، كذا خلق مناصب الشغل والتخفيف من حدة البطالة، والمساهمة في النسيج الاقتصادي والترابط والاندماج القطاعي، وهذا لامتصاصه لمخرجات قطاعات أخرى كالصناعة الميكانيكية والأسمدة والمعاهد والمدارس الفلاحية من جهة، وتوفيره لمدخلات قطاعات أخرى كالصناعات التحويلية الغذائية، وكذا تزويد السوق بالمنتجات الفلاحية بشقيها النباتية والحيوانية، وهذا ما جعلنا نبحث في العلاقة بين إمكانات القطاع الفلاحي والمكانة التي يحتلها في الاقتصاد الجزائري. The agricultural sector in many economies of the countries of the world occupies a great importance, by the extent of its contribution in terms of wealth creation through the achievement of self-sufficiency and food security, as well as job creation. and the reduction of unemployment, and the contribution to the economic fabric, interdependence and sectorial integration, and this to absorb the outputs of sectors such as mechanical industry, fertilizers, agricultural institutes and schools of a part, and its supply of inputs for other sectors such as the agro-food industries, as well as supplying the market with agricultural products, both plant and animal, and this is what led us to ask ourselves about the relationship between the capacities of the agricultural sector and the place it occupies in the Algerian economy.
