Abstract

الملخص: تعد دراسة تدابير الأمن من المواضيع ذات الأهمية البالغة في السياسة الجنائية الحديثة نظرا لأهميتها في الوقاية من الجريمة ومكافحتها عن طريق الجزاء الجزائي من خلال الصورة الثانية له المتمثلة في تدابير الأمن من أجل استئصال الخطورة الإجرامية الكامنة لدى الأشخاص ودرئها عن المجتمع.وفقا للمبادئ الشرعية والقانونية وشروط إنزالها ثم طرق تنفيذها وإنهائها. ومعرفة أنواع تدابير الأمن الشخصية والعينية في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون ثم التطرق إلى التدابير الخاصة بالحدث وخاصة الحماية والإصلاح والوقاية من انحراف الأحداث.The study of security measures is one of the most important topics in modern criminal policy because of its importance in the prevention and control of crime through penal sanctions through its second image of security measures in order to eradicate the criminal danger inherent in persons and to prevent them from society.
