مشاريع الدعم الفلاحي ودورها في تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية: ولاية الوادي - أنموذجا

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر الإصلاحات الاقتصادية على أداء القطاع الفلاحي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وذلك من خلال تحليل مكانة القطاع الفلاحي في الاقتصاد الجزائري، واستعراض الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة في إطار برامج إنعاش الاقتصاد الوطني، بالإضافة إلى تشخيص واقع وتحديات التنمية الفلاحية في الجزائر عموما وولاية الوادي على وجه الخصوص لتحقيق التنمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن القطاع الفلاحي بولاية الوادي قد ساهمت في الإنتاج الفلاحي الوطني باستخدام الإحصائيات المختلفة الصادرة من المصالح الرسمية للولاية، وتحديد أهم المعوقات التي يواجهها ومحاولة تحديد المتطلبات تحقيق الاستدامة للقطاع الفلاحي بالولاية، حيث تعتبر هذه الأخيرة من المناطق الوطن التي تمتلك مؤهلات فلاحية كافية لأن تجعل منها قطبا فلاحيا بامتياز، فهي تتمع بأهمية استراتيجة في هذا المجال، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه بالرغم من وجود عدت معوقات لتطور القطاع الفلاحي إلا أن ولاية الوادي تعتبر منطقة فلاحية بامتياز، إذا يظهر الدور البارز للقطاع الفلاحي في الولاية بمساهمته بنسبة معتبرة في الإنتاج الوطني المحلي والوطني، مما يجعل الولاية تحتل مراتب متقدمة في كثير من المنتوجات الفلاحية وطنيا وهذا مما يساهم في تنشيط الاقتصاد المحلي وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المحلية.
