| dc.description.abstract | "الملخص: عرف سباق التسلح تطورا غير مسبوق في إفريقيا، وهذا راجع إلى مشاكل الأمن وعدم الاستقرار التي عرفتها إفريقيا في الآونة الأخيرة، بحيث يحتل هذا الموضوع حيزا مهما في الأبحاث والدراسات التي تهتم بالقضايا السياسية في العالم عامة ومصر وإثيوبيا خاصة، حيث نجد أن مصر تحتل المرتبة الأولى إفريقيا وعربيا والتاسعة عالميا، بينما تحتل إثيوبيا المرتبة السادسة إفريقيا في مجال الإنفاق العسكري، وهو ما سعت الدراسة إلى بحثه ومحاولة إيجاد تفسيرات مقنعة لسبب هذا التوجه.
