Abstract

يلعب الوقت اليوم دورا محوريا في حياة المؤسسات إذ أصبح يشكل موردا من مواردها الأساسية، وهو ما جعل الكثير منها توليه أهمية بالغة في سبيل تحقيق أهدافها وتنفيذ برامجها، وذلك بترسيخ مهارات إدارة الوقت ومبادئه لدى مديريها من أجل ضمان فعاليتهم في العمل وعدم تضييع وقتهم الذي هو وقت للمؤسسة، لذا سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال تبيان أهم المهارات التي على رئيس القسم التحكم فيها وكذا أهم الإستراتجيات التي يمكنه إتباعها لإدارة وقته بفعالية. ABSTRACT: The time now plays a central role in the life of institutions .It thus became a basic component of their resources, most of which give it a high importance to achieve the goals and implement programs . Consolidation of skills of managers is required in time management and its principles and in order to ensure their work efficiency and avoid wasting their time which is actually that of the institution. So we will try through this article to illustrate the different skills that the head (the head of department) should master as well as the best strategies that can be followed for managing their time effectively.
