Conception et réalisation d'un site web dynamique pour la gestion des élections présidentielles en Algérie

Abstract

إن الموضوع المدرج في دراستنا في اطار مذكرة التخرج للحصول على شهادة ليسانس الأكاديمي في تخصص أنظمة الكمبيوتر ، بعنوان: " تصميم وتنفيذ موقع ديناميكي لإدارة الانتخابات الرئاسية في الجزائر ". إن نظامنا للتصويت عن بعد )ن.ت.ب( الذي تم إنشاءه يأخذ بعين الاعتبار جانبين: الأمن والإدارة. يمنح الجانب الأمني كل مستخدم مصوت إمكانية التصويت للمرشح )نجاح تصويته يستلزم تلقي رمز التصويت الخاص به من قبل ن.ت.ب( ،كما يسمح للمسؤول بتسجيل )المرشح / الناخب( و التحكم في إعدادات الانتخابات. يمنح جانب الإدارة إمكانية إدراج المرشحين في الانتخابات ، و الحصول على العدد الكلي للناخبين المسجلين في الانتخابات ، الحصول على عدد الناخبين الذين شاركو في عملية التصويت ، إعطاء النسبة المئوية للتصويت الخاصة بكل مرشح ، إمكانية الحصول على النسبة المئوية العامة للأصوات ، وقائمة المرشحين الذين شاركوا بالفعل في الانتخابات. إعلان النتائج ، كما قد تم استخدام العديد من الأدوات.The theme submitted to our study as part of the end of the cycle for obtaining the License Academy of Computer Systems, is entitled: «Design and implementation of a dynamic website for the management of presidential elections in Algeria». Our RVS [Remote Voting System] thus realized takes into account two aspects: security and management. The security aspect which gives the possibility to each voting user to vote a candidate (the success of his vote requires the receipt of his voting code by the RVS), and the administrator to register the (candidate / voters) and to set the election. The management aspect gives the possibility to list the candidates for an election, to have the number total of electors for an election, to have the number of voters who have participated in the voting operation, to give the percentage of the vote obtained, for each candidate, the possibility of having the general percentage of votes for an election, and the list of candidates who have already participated in an election. To achieve and publicize the results, several tools were used
