مساهمة اليقظة الإستراتيجية في تحقيق الإستجابة التنافسية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة اليقظة الإستراتيجية في تحقيق الاستجابة التنافسية، دراسة حالة مجمع TPL الصناعي، لصناعة البراغي واللوالب والكرتون بالوادي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت متغيرات الدراسة في اليقظة الإستراتجية والاستجابة التنافسية بأبعادها (الاستجابة الدفاعية، الاستجابة الهجومية، الاستجابة الاحترازية). تم استخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبلغ عدد العينة 46 فرد من إطارات المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وباستخدام برنامج SPSS.V25 لتحليل البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مساهمة لليقظة الإستراتيجية في تحقيق الاستجابة التنافسية بمجمع TPL الصناعي، ووجود علاقة ذو دلالة إحصائية بين اليقظة الإستراتجية وكل من الاستجابة الهجومية والاحترازية وعدم وجود دلالة إحصائية مع الاستجابة الدفاعية, كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إرساء خلية لليقظة الإستراتيجية واهتمام بتكوين المسيرين في مجال اليقظة باعتباره ضرورة حتمية خاصة في عصر التنافسية الفائقة.This study aimed to know the contribution of strategic vigilance to achieving competitive response, a case study of the TPL industrial complex for the manufacture of screws, and cardboard in Eloued. To achieve the goal of the study, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study variables were strategic vigilance and competitive response with its dimensions (defensive response, offensive response, precautionary response). The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the sample number was 46 individuals from the frameworks of the institution under study, using a program. SPSS. v25 for data analysis The study concluded that there is a contribution of strategic vigilance in achieving the competitive response in the TPL industrial complex, and the existence of a statistically significant relationship between strategic vigilance and both offensive and precautionary response and the absence of statistical significance with the defensive response, the study also recommended the need to establish a cell for strategic vigilance and interest in the formation of Vigilance managers as an imperative, especially in the era of hyper-competitiveness.
