Abstract

" يتفق أغلب الباحثين والأكاديميين المتتبعين للوضع الصعب في ليبيا بخطورته إلى حد اللحظة ، وهذا التخوف ناتج عن عدة عوامل جعلت من الحالة الليبية فريدة ، أهمها التنوع القبلي والعرقي منذ القدم وشساعة مساحة ليبيا مما جعلها ممرًا للهجرة غير الشرعية نحو أوربا، يضاف إلى هذا الحجم الهائل للتدخلات الإقليمية والدولية والتي أثبتنا كثرتها وتأثيرها في مذكرتنا هذه . لذا فإن مستقبل ليبيا يبقى غامضا إذا لم يتنازل الليبيون لبعضهم البعض ، ويحاولوا إبعاد كل الأطراف التي تريد زعزعةالاستقرار في هذا البلد الذي عاش عقدا من الاقتتال ، رغم الكم الهائل من الثروات الطبيعية وطول الساحل الليبي والذي يؤهلها لأن تكون دولة رائدة في الشمال الإفريقي .
