| dc.description.abstract | من وظائف النظرية في مجال العلم توجيه العمليات الذهنية وكذا البحثية إلى القيام بعمليات اكتشاف وابتكار وإبداع جديدة، كما تؤدي كذلك إلى تنمية الملكات العقلية للباحثين، وقد يكون الارتباط بين النظرية والبحث الامبريقي وثيقا فكلاهما عنصر أساسي في عملية تراكم المعرفة ونمو العلم وتطوره، كما قد يحصل تباعد وانقسام بين الأمرين في بعض المجالات والأوقات. ولإبراز الدور الذي يؤديه البحث الامبريقي في إثراء وتطوير النظرية، قمنا بانجاز هذا المقال.
