ممارسات تنمية الكفاءة المهنية للموارد البشرية في ظل أسس علم النفس

Abstract

ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز كيفية الاستفادة من أسس علم النفس، بنظرياته، و بعض فروعه و مجالاته، في ممارسات تنمية الكفاءة المهنية للموارد البشرية، ذلك أن الاستثمار في الرأس المال البشري حاليا يعتبر محركا، و عاملا حاسما في تحقيق النمو، وتدعيم القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات، و قد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن ممارسات و نشاطات تنمية الكفاءات المهنية للموارد البشرية، لا يجب أن تكون ظرفية، ولا تقتصر على جوانب الخلل أو القصور فقط ، بل يجب أن تكون مستمرة و متجددة، و تكون كذلك وفق نظرة تنبؤية مستقبلية، لمسايرة التحولات و التطورات التي تطبع مناخ نشاط المؤسسات و الموارد البشرية العاملة، وكذلك ضرورة ارتكازها على الاستفادة القصوى و الفعالة من مبادئ و تطبيقات مختلف العلوم، ومن ذلك علم النفس، بنظرياته و مبادئه ، وما تضمنته نتائج البحث فيه ، و بما يشتمل عليه من فروع و مجالات . Abstract: This study aimed to highlight how to use the foundations of psychology, its theories, and some of its branches and fields, in human resources’ professional development practices. The starting point of this study is that investment in human capital is currently considered as an engine and a decisive factor in achieving growth and strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises. The study revealed that the practices and activities of developing professional competencies for human resources should not be circumstantial, and not be limited to defects or shortcomings only, but must be continuous and renewed. It also shall be according to a future view, to keep pace with the transformations and developments that characterize the activity climate of institutions and working human resources. Moreover, it shall be based on the maximum and effective use of the principles and applications of various sciences, including psychology, with its theories and principles, and its branches and fields.
