Abstract

حاولتالدراسةقياسأثرالمتغيراتالاقتصاديةالكليةعلىجذبالاستثمارالأجنبيالمباشرفيالجزائرخلالالفترة (1995-2016)،منخلالنموذجقياسييشملأهمالمتغيراتالاقتصاديةذاتالتأثيرالمباشرعلىسلوكالمستثمرالأجنبي،وتمتقديرهباستخدامالبرنامجالإحصائي (Eviews9) ونموذجالانحدارالذاتيللفجواتالزمنيةالموزعةالمتباطئة (ARDL). وبناءعلىنتائجتقديرهتبينأنإجماليالاحتياطياتالدوليةأهمالمحدداتالاقتصاديةالجاذبةللاستثمارالأجنبيالمباشرفيالجزائر. بالإضافةإلىذلكومنخلالتحليلبيئتهاالاستثماريةفيمختلفالمؤشراتالدوليةوالإقليمية،تبينأنهالمتتحسنبلعرفتتراجعافيبعضالمؤشراتسواءمنحيثالنقاطالمتحصلعليهاأومنحيثالترتيب،وماأكدذلكماجاءفيتحليلحجمتدفقالاستثمارالأجنبيالمباشرفيها،والذيبينأنحصتهاعربياتراجعترغمتحسنحجمهفيهاخلالفترةالدراسة،ويبقىقطاعالمحروقاتالأكثرجذبافيها،أماعنجنسيتهافقدكانتأغلبهاأمريكيةأوروبيةفيالنصفالأولمنالفترة،أمافيالنصفالثانيفقدكانتإماراتية.The study attempted to measure the effect of macroeconomic variables on the attraction of foreign direct investment in Algeria during the period 1995-2016, through a standard model that includes the most important economic variables that have a direct impact on the behavior of foreign investors. It was estimated using Eviews9 and the self-regression model Distributed Distributed Time (ARDL). Based on its findings, it was found that the total international reserves are the most important economic determinants of foreign direct investment in Algeria. In addition, by analyzing their investment environment in various international and regional indicators, it was found that they did not improve. They also showed a decline in some indicators, both in terms of points obtained and in terms of ranking.
