الجنوسة وتقسيم العمل في بيئة العمل الاقتصادية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية بشكل أساسي لتقديم قضية الجنوسة التي تتباين وتتمايز في إعطاء الرجل والمرأة أوضاع وأدوار مختلفة أثناء عملية تقسيم العمل، ليس فقط ضمن نسق بيئة العمل الاقتصادية وإنما بالانفتاح على الأنساق الأخرى ذات الأبعاد السوسيوثقافية المتصلة والمتداخلة والمركبة ضمن الهيكل التنظيمي. ولمناقشة ذلك تم تقديم هذه الدراسة النظرية التحليلية قصد تتبع وتحليل متغيري الجنوسة وتقسيم العمل في ضوء أبعاد سوسيوثقافية كان لها الدور في إبراز أهمية الدراسة من خلال تحليل العناصر البيولوجية الجسمية والعناصر السوسيوتنظيمية التي تقف وراء تأسيس تمايزات بين الأدوار الجنوسية. وأخيرا تم الخروج بنتائج جاءت لتثمن أهمية تحقيق مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص بين الجنسين كثقافة وممارسة تصحيحية لمسار المفاضلة الذكورية في التنظيم. Abstract: The current study aims mainly to present the issue of gender, which differs and differs in giving men and women different positions and roles during the division of labor process, not only within the framework of the economic work environment, but also by being open to other systems with related, intertwined and complex sociocultural dimensions within the organizational structure. To discuss the subject, this theoretical and analytical study was presented to analyze the variables of gender and the division of labor in the light of sociocultural dimensions that had a role in highlighting the importance of the study by analyzing the biological, physical and socio-organizational elements that stand behind the establishment of distinctions between gender roles. Finally, results were produced that came to appreciate the importance of achieving the principle of equal opportunities between the sexes as a culture and corrective practice for the path of male differentiation in the organization.
